Evans syndrome and exercise
I have Evans syndrome. It's been 3 years. I'm going on a trip recently and it involves trekking. Is it ok for me to go trekking?
I doubt anyone on this forum will be able to address your question with certainty as Evans syndrome is a very rare autoimmune disorder characterized by clinical variability with frequent exacerbations and remissions. You should discuss with your doctor who is more familiar with your individual situation to weigh risks and benefits.
