Welcome to the forum and thank you for your question.  Thank you Chin_C for weighing in with your excellent information. We hope you come back Hhedy and let us know what your doctor says and if there is an impression at the bottom of the report you can tell us what was written.  What types of symptoms were you having that led to the need for this testing?

What did the impression at the bottom of the report say? That usually summarizes and interprets the findings. Seems like there were abnormal secretions, some of which were caseous (cheese-like appearance), which can be seen with tuberculosis infections, but can also be seen with certain fungal infections such as histoplasmosis, cryptococcosis, and coccidioidomycosis. Biopsies were taken, and pathology is pending.
