Testicle pain

About 10 day after I have vistited a strip club my testicles started to hurt. I have posted this already in the STD forum: www.medhelp.org/posts/STDs---STIs/STD-HIV-after-Lapdance/show/3051965.
I have been to the urologist who did a ultrasound of my testicles and kidneys, did an urine test and checked my penis visually - all ok. She said I do not need to worry. I insisted for a swab test because I worry to caught chlamydia. I am waiting for the result now.
The balls still hurt, sometimes the right, sometimes the left. Sometimes my back. I do not have any discharge or fiber.

As pointed out in the STD forum by auntiejessi (correctly), it's nearly impossible for this to be an STD. More likely there's some type of prostate issue. Not sure why your testicles would hurt, altho sometimes prostate issues CAN cause that. The only other thing I can think of was if when getting the lap dance, your testicles were somewhat compressed by her sitting on you, but I rather doubt it. Just relax & rely on the Dr's test results & diagnosis...

I don't think anyone can offer more here since you've considered this a sexually transmitted concern.  I'd stick to that forum.
