I am facing otilathi disorder from Four months after hair transplantion surgery. Is this issue is permanent or temporary? Please guide me on this issue.?

Hello and welcome to the forum. Thanks for your question.  I ant to make sure we are talking the same thing.  Are you speaking of otolith or an inner ear issue?

Typically an inner ear issue is dealt with by an Ear Nose and Throat doctor.  This can be caused by Eustachian tube dysfunction. Speak to your doctor about this.  Things that often help Eustachian tube dysfunction include taking an antihistamine (generally associated with allergy medication and can often be bought over the counter), nsaids such as ibuprofen and benedryl. I have consulted ENT doctor but he has given me some vitamins and sleeping pill. I am not able to understand why vitamins pills..?
