What can you do for anal sphincter spasm?
I was told my anal sphincter is very tight and that is causing my anal pain. What can I do about it?
I'm sorry you are dealing with this. Possibly pelvic floor therapy?

I would like to start this therapy but have just had a hysterectomy 3 weeks ago, so I don’t think I can start right now. Not sure how long I have to actually wait before I can start.
Your doctor should be able to tell you.
