For the past year I often have a short 1-2 second pulsing headache upon standing (only in the afternoons), I have seen general doctor and neurologist, they didn't run any tests but just said they dont know whats wrong and asked if I wanted pain meds (i said no since it's not that painful and is very short). I do remember about a year ago I bumped my head pretty hard during ziplining but was wearing a helmet and other than the immediate headache at that moment I didn't notice any symptoms and am not sure this is even related to that incident. I think may be a blood pressure issue since it feels like blood rushing to my head? My bp is about 113/70 sitting down and 130/89 standing up but my doctor said it wasn't that significant. I have Raynauds phenomenon, IBS and GERD, I am otherwise pretty healthy. Headache does not get worse upon exercising or bending over, and I dont get one when I get out of bed in the morning. Does anybody know anything? I did have a couple migraines as a teenager but they had different symptoms (they had no pattern and there was no pain, only aura). I am not on any medications and all bloodwork came back normal (vitamins, liver function, etc). The pain is an all over kind of pain not targeted. Could it be related to diet or posture? My shoulder/back muscles near my neck often hurt because of my heavy chest/not great posture. I am 27 yo female
