After DCR surgery I am still having swelling under my eye is this normal?

DCR surgery 4 weeks ago, still have swelling under eye, lower eye lid drooping, and involuntary eye twitch. Have used warm compresses several times daily and finished a course of antibiotics, steroid ointment and drops. Has anyone had a similar experience and what were the results.

DCR surgery is big time surgery and takes a long time to heal. There are others who have posted here, most concerned about redness and swelling.   May take 3 months for the tissue to look normal. Discuss with your surgeon.
