Is Hypo plastic left side syndrome an issue of termination at 20 weeks

This issue was diagnosed yesterday. The suggestion is that a termination would be the solution. This is no easy option because the baby (Holly) will be a developed human being and will need to be killed. (There is no other word for it). It is alive and has many skills at 20 weeks. So it will need to be terminated. I am still too upset to go further but could Holly be adopted by someone who has the skill to make her life tolerable?

Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry.  I would get a second opinion!  Infants born with this require intervention including medication and surgery.  If this is done, once past the first year, they have a good ability to live a full life. But that first year is critical.  https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/hypoplastic-left-heart-syndrome/symptoms-causes/syc-20350599  Are they recommending you terminate?
