I took a full course of PEP (post exposure medication, 28 days) and took a 4th generation antibody/antigen the following day on the 29th day which came back negative is that conclusive and what do medical experts suggest to do testing wise after taking PEP. Does that change the window period and should I test again?

Hello, we're sorry you are so anxious.  However, you have been advised several times that you had no risk for HIV.  This indicates you do not need to test.  For those with a risk, they recommend to test 28 days after your last dose of PEP if using a 4th generation test.  We wish you the best.

Your questions are irrelevant since you never had a risk. We can't engage in answering questions that have no value. If your doctor asked you to get PEP for your non risk event, please follow up with him / her  for your questions.

At this point we are not able to help you because you were never at risk, didn't need PEP or had to test.

That’s not right because all I’m asking is what is the proper procedure following pep just because you say I don’t need to test doesn’t mean I don’t have the right to and if I did take pep I should still know the right way to go about it
Please reach out to your doctor.
It’s hard to get in touch with a doctor at the moment bc of the corona virus so I’m asking you guys if you have the knowledge please share it would be helpful thank you

There is a schedule for testing post pep, however, with the exposure you had of hand job with saliva, you do not need to test.  No risk means no test as it's going to be negative, always.  the answer has not changed since the last time you asked.

that is find I was told by the doctor to test right after with 4th generation test what is the schedule?  just so I’m aware
And I didn’t ask about my
Exposure since you guys already answered in full detail the question I asked what is the proper procedure following pep?
In summary, post-PEP testing can be performed immediately following the completion of medication (i.e. 28 days or more post-exposure) with a 4th generation Antigen/Antibody test with good certainty, although guidelines will still recommend one last test at 3 months or more post-exposure as a precaution.

And you mean to tell me that this is inaccurate?
