What could cause high core heat in your lower stomach and vagina area?
I've recently started feeling extremely hot in my lower abdomen, tops of my thighs, lower back and vaginal area. I am 49 years old and have had my bloods done for peri-menopause which came back negative. It feels like i'm a little oven!

Do you have any discharge? I'm wondering about an infection in your pelvic area.
