Uncontrolled High BP

Hi, Im male 35 yrs. 6 feet. 180 pounds weight. Play a lot of outdoor sports ang generally very active.

Last 5 years have been very stressfull and agony in terms of my health.

First I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in 2015 in an year tine while getting a minor surgery to adress apnea I went for septum deviation and the surgeon found I have high BP. Problems started from there. I started taking amlodipine 5mg. I started using cpap as well and the apelnea numbers have come down significantly. But the BP has been never in control..
Offlate Im feeling anciety, bp shots up with very little work, feel like an impending doom when Im alone..im fed of all symptoms. Anyone suggestiins here to improve my health

Hello and welcome to the forum.  Please remain faithful.  You are a young man with a lot of living to do!  I'm trying to understand from your post if you are currently taking medication for your hypertension?  Are you working with a cardiologist?
