Anyone rid Staphylococcus epidermidis in urine and semen ?

Having prostatitis symptoms for almost 2 years..
Did microgen DX test and found Staphylococcus epidermidis in urine and semen

Anyone with similar findings and solution?

Let me start by saying this post is a blessing. For 3 months I've been suffering from random burn after urination, random burn after ejaculation, dribbling of urine when I'm done going to the bathroom, and random discomfort in my testicles. I've been to the urologist twice and they said I'm perfectly fine because my UA's came back normal. Did a physical check on my prostate, and that was fine too. So I too went to Microgendx and sure enough, my semen was positive for staphylococcus epidermidis. I went to my doctors for medication, but they denied me saying it was a false test and likely due to contamination. So I purchased Cepholexin outside of my insurance and I'm on day 4. Question - did anyone experience tenderness in the testicles too? I'm still experiencing random pain/discomfort and I'm wondering if anyone had any similarities? I'm so desperate to feel better, so if anyone can follow up with how they eventually overcame this, I would greatly appreciate it!

Hi, what antibotics did you use? How was the effect? I have Staphylococcus epidermidis in urine and semen in the Microgendx  test as well. I was  prescribed to take Clindamycin. It was effective. I am in Canada, and happy to discuss more details with you.

Fosfomycin was another I took with good results. I also been suffering for 2 plus years

mine from microgen dx urine and semen and that was like 2 yrs ago...

Took the medicine linezolid fir a month knocked them both out. Was amazing was having amazing sex drive again and shooting orgasms after treatment. Before that wasn’t even interested in sex. It burned like hell

2 years is a long time. Yes report stated a couple of abx
Have tried clindamycin which was one of them but havent found complete relief..
Urethra tip irritation after each urination, dribbling and urge to urinate at tip of urethra
