Can a 0.2 cm difference on US measurement of a node be just variance?

follow up sizes on nodes was compared from last year and the report states not growth but I had one node measure 1.82cm this time that last time measured 1.69cm can that little difference be chalked up to the tech’s position etc or should a 2mm increase be something I point out to docs?

Slight difference of 0.1-0.2 cm is probably due to measurement variance rather than actual interval change in size.
