Blood transmission - Query

Hi there, i am male 35 years old.

Blood is a good source of DNA. During operation, if one man gives his blood to me , will it changes my DNA ? Because they insert his blood to my body.

How does his blood works on my body though our DNA are different?

What happens to my DNA, will it affect my human genetics or my chromosomes?

Thanks in advance

That's a really interesting question!  I'm glad you asked it.  Would a blood transfusion change your DNA. Well, my reading says it may change slightly for a period of days (only days) but not enough to alter a DNA test.  Here is an article on it https://www.medicaldaily.com/how-does-blood-transfusion-change-your-body-and-dna-404941
