What are the chances?

Ok so I had a gnat fly up my nose 5 days ago I have no clue if it went up there of just came back out I picked and sneezed and blew my nose nothing came out. I've researched because I have small sinus pains on the left side of my face and we'll what are the chances of having maggots in my nose?? Google didn't reasure me just made me more paranoid. I found one article about a bug in nose and the mucus will stop it and you'll blow it out later that helped a bit but I'm still panicking I don't have insurance and can not afford to go to the doctor but if it's serious I will. For love of everything please help me out here

I would say not realistic.  This is not something I'd worry about.  People have bugs fly into their nose, mouth and ears.  It happens.  They are not going to make a home there.  :>)
