Lack of feeling around pelvis, and mild leg tingling

Hi all, so basically the other day I moved my legs uncomfortably/crossed them wrong and lo and behold, I heard a painless pop and now I lack feeling around that area. I can still get hard but don't feel as much.

Just need to know what this is because of course it concerns me, it's probably nothing though right? Maybe just a compressed nerve or right muscles.

I also have occasional shooting pain around the area and random popping, and at one point had pain after urinating in the shower.

Any help would be appreciated.

It is important that you get evaluated by a medical professional who can take a detailed clinical history, perform
a physical examination, and order any necessary laboratory and/or imaging tests. While it is possible your symptoms may be related to compressed nerves, it is also important to rule out vascular problems. For example, aortoiliac occlusive disease aka Leriche syndrome can present with the clinical triad of erectile dysfunction, pelvis and thigh claudication, and absence of femoral pulses. Risk factors include hyperlipidemia, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and smoking.

Minimal pain urinating now, but still feel like I have somehow lost my "control" of my PC muscle, so whenever I try to tense it, I actually tense my spincter instead. I have tried to stop my urine flow with the muscle but I can now only stop it for a few seconds, so I'm guessing it's weak and might need some kegels, followed by reverse kegels, because it is also probably tight.

Are you still having pain urinating? How are you feeling now?

You probably did just pinch a nerve or something, but if this lingers more than another day or so, see your doctor. No one can diagnose you online, but pain is always an indicator that something is wrong.
