I had more than twice head injury when i was a kid

I bumped my head more than twice, bled twice for bumping on a rock, and multiple lumps on my forehead. I was very clumsy, as you can see. And I have never been to a checkup because I don't want it to get stitched when I was a kid. My question is, is there a possibility that after more than one decade, I have a problem in my brain or something? At 15, I got into an eye surgery due to retinal detachment which is unusual to our family and I am not diabetic or any diseases my ophthalmologist thought of as its cause. Right now, I'm 19, I'm having frequent headaches and deteriorating memory capacity (I used to be so good in memorization though this one can be caused by my age but hey i'm still young). I really don't know what is this. Due to the pandemic, I'm afraid to go out and visit hospital to get checked so, i badly need help.

Hi, been a long time since you posted this.  I think we can have small concussions during our youth and never know it.  My kids are in sports and starting in middle school, they got baseline brain imaging at their school.  Any head injury since then, they compare new imaging to the previous images.  They also do it routinely ever Fall.  To date, nothing has changed on my kids imaging and one in particular is in a contact sport and taken some falls and hits.  My sons are also pretty rough and tumble and definitely had a few goose egg injuries on their heads before.  So, I don't know if you hurt yourself hard enough to cause damage as a kid.  :>)  It's pretty common to have a few hits to the head.  I'd be more concerned with how well your diabetes is being controlled.  Any issues with that?  That can cause some of what you mention too if you aren't well controlled.
