My father age 75 suffering from kidney infection

He has only one kidney right one by birth. Yesterday test was done
1.Epithelial cells/hpf=3-4
2.Blood urea=71.60
3.Serum Creatinine=2.40
4.Serum Alkaline Phosphate-287.50
5.Bilirubin-Direct=0.5
6.Albumin-3.30
7.A/G Ratio=1.0
8.HB-8.20
9.WBC Count-2900
10.RBC-2.14
11.PLATELET Count-62000
12.PCV-23.60
13.MCV-110.68
14.MCH-38.32
15.Neutrophils-50
16.Lymphocytes-48
17.Monocytes-01
18.Platelet in smear-Diminished

Please help me.I love my father very much

Hey, you know most people recover from a kidney infection.  Antibiotics do wonders. did they start him on some and did that quell the infection? https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/kidney-infection/symptoms-causes/syc-20353387  Again, I'd not be worried if he's given antibiotics and that treats it.  Let us know how he is doing.
