EMG results

EMG carried out in February 2020, on my left leg only (thigh and calf)

Second EMG carried out in June 2020, on my right left (calf/thigh), left arm and hand, my back in 3 places (thoracic area) and one place under chin (left side)

Showed fasciculations.

The neurologist wrote to me in June to say the EMG showed no evidence of ALS or any other problem.

If there was muscle wasting due to ALS would the EMG have shown more than just fasiculations? Can I rule out ALS?

Any comments much appreciated.
