Brown Spots on Penis. Is it HPV or another STI?

About two years ago I had unprotected oral sex with a girl from tinder. This is the only time that I have ever had any sexual activity and we did not engage in full on intercourse. Right around that week I got sick with cold-like symptoms, but I don't know if that is because I actually had a cold or if it was a symptom of some sort of STI. Additionally, I was bitten during the oral sex, so I had a red bump on the front right side of my penis for several months after this incident, but it then went away. However, about six months or so ago these brown spots appeared on the left side of my penis. There are four of them with differing sizes, but they all are in the same area and almost seem to form a line. The biggest ones are almost a half centimeter in diameter, but they do not itch or cause me any sort of pain. They are also flat. What do you think these spots are from? None of what you mention suggest you contracted any std from the oral sex 2 years back. Our bodies change as we age so it could just be something natural or even an irritation mark. I think that incident 2 years back has made you a bit anxious. If your concerned have a doc check you out.
