I was in a car accident 7 months ago, and it was pretty bad. I ran my car head on into a tree and I got pretty banged up. I went to the doctors the following day, and sure enough, I had a pretty severe concussion. I've had concussions before, the worst caused me to miss 4 months of schooling, that was roughly 5 years ago. Now, I get nauseous at random times. Most of the time when I ride in a vehicle or drive anywhere (not all of the time though), and when I lay down to go to bed. I don't get nauseous when I ride my motorcycle, its only when in a car or pickup that I start to feel sick. Its really bothering me, especially since snow is now hitting and I'll have to drive my pickup everywhere, I'm worried about doing that because I have a fear of vomiting in any public venue. I'm just looking for ideas as to what it could be? I went to physical therapy for a month to work on my inner ear and my neck pains, but it didn't help much. I'm just getting frustrated at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
