Medhelp site technical assistance?

Been a member since 2012 I believe, and cannot remember my original password.  I have reset it 4 or 5 times, and can only log in once with the new password before it seemingly reverts back to the old one.
Have searched high and low across the site and have found no links to contact a moderator or technical assistance.  I would love to contribute to the community that helped me make it through my struggle.  But can't stand the frustration of having to reset my password every time I close the tab...
Any help here would be great
