Fatigue chronique et lipase elevé

Hello,

For some time now I have been feeling very tired and I have lost some weight. For the past 5-6 years I have had my lipase level always a little high (about 70 for a 60 limate). I would like to point out that I am 25 years old.
Lros from my last blood test I had a lipase level more than three times as high (180 for a norm of 60), which corresponds in theory to acute pancreatitis. If only I have no pain.

Other questions to ask.  If you drink a lot of alcohol, this lipase can elevate.  High triglycerides can be the cause (which can happen from drinking, diet or hereditary---  high triglycerides are treatable, get that checked).  Gi issues, kidney issues, gallbladder and yes the pancreas. So, any of that going on?
