Seeking help and advice of radial nerve damage sustained during bicep surgery

Had biceps surgery... Days later discovered I had radial nerve damage causing wrist drop and palsy of my left hand.... I have a picture of my radial nerve the surgeon took during surgery
Not sure how I can attach a picture to this but I can certainly e-mail
Looking for expert advice on how this damage can occur I had zero radio nerve damage or issues with my hand prior to the surgery
