Left shoulder pain and left chest discomfort

I'm 20 Years Old male with a height of 5"8 and weight Of 60 KG

From  last 8 month i am experiencing left shoulder pain and left chest discomfort. The pain is usually mild and starts when i lie down or at rest it usually comes and goes

What kind of disease it can be? Is it related to Heart or Bones ?

Hi.  Well, the good news is that you are very young.  Heart issues would be a bit unlikely.  Other possibilities are actually GERD or gastric reflux which can have similar symptoms or even muscle strain.  However, since heart issues can't be ruled out through this means, you need to make an appointment to see your doctor.  My doctor does virtual appointments right now which is not quite like in person but if they think you need to be seen after talking to you, they'll work that out.
