Hi, recently I noticed some big pink spots on my penis and scrotum. The spots does not pain nor have any itchiness. I just observed that the hairs in the spot region are white.

Are they raised or flat spots?

This could be a fungal infection, dermatitis, or any number of different things. You need to see your doctor for a diagnosis, though. We can only offer suggestions. Go now before it gets worse, and let us know what happens.
