I keep getting a red and itchy rash on penis head

Hey well I have been experiencing a re occurring rash on my penis head it's red and kinda bumpy and itchy. I'm also keep having clear discharge from penis. But I have went to the doctor and they told me I have balanitis I'm uncurcumsuzed and I got prescribed cream for it a few actually but it come back. And did a std test as well and all came back negative. I did 2 std test and culture test and blood test and everything thing is normal can someone help? It feels hot sometimes but that hasn't happened just the reoccurring rash. I thought it could be herpes but that came back negative and doctor said it's not that because it's not a sore with pain.

Did you only use the cream for a few days? How long were you instructed to use it for? A few days doesn't sound long enough.

For about a week I don't think it's an std it just comes and goes I been trying to just keep it clean and dry and it seems to be working. thank goodness. The only thing that bothers me is I still get clear discharge something even when not aroused
No, I doubt it's an STD. You tested negative for all of those. You can get a discharge from irritation. Did your doctor test the discharge? They can swab that and test it. If it's clear, that's a good indication that it's not an infection.

Balanitis can take awhile to clear up. Just keep using the cream as directed. What kind of cream is it?

Not discussing std's with you again as you have thoroughly exhausted that discussion.  Since they said it was balanitis, why don't you believe them? Sounds like balanitis.   https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/184715
