Anyone get vertigo following general anesthesia?

I am 52y old, version healthy in shape male, had general anesthesia for surgery on my ankle.  Surgery went fine but i have been dizzy every day all day post surgery for 3 weeks.  I don’t have any other symptoms except dizziness when standing or sitting upright.  Has anyone else experienced this?
Thank you!

Wow, that's a long time for a post anesthesia issue!  I would call your doctor as that is unusual.  2 to 5 days is the longest they say you'd have this issue.  How are things now?

Its now been 50 days, I still feel this unstable feeling when standing or sitting. I got an MRI today just to rule out anything more serious. My ankle is healing, 50 days post surgery. I think once I am walking I will lose the vertigo feeling. And I will do vestibular therapy.  I will check back but yes, 50 days of wooziness is too much!
