my fallopian tubes are curvy?

Hi, I just had my dermoid cyst removed via laparotomy last week. My doctor said that my fallopian tubes are too curvy or it's says my tubes are tortuous dilated. What does it mean? Is there a treatment for this? Am I gonna get pregnant :( ?

Thanks!

Ask your doctor what this means from a repair point of view (like, will they revert to a more normal shape after having been dilated?) but in general, as long as your tubes are open, they will work fine as a passageway for the egg.
