I am experiencing "dyspnea" again. Help me please?

This isn't the first time this happened.  I've already went to the doctors with this problem back in my teen years and all they can associate this on is stress and/or acid reflux.  I may suspect that this time, it's caused by stress.  I've been under an intense amount of stress.  I haven't slept properly for weeks thinking about a lot of things that stress me out.  My heart is always pounding and palpitating and my chest is tightening.  I always yawn to catch a deep breath and I do so for like 5 times in succession.  My shortness of breath improves when either I'm relaxed or moving and even after a workout.

What do I do?

I would definitely see your doctor again.  First, rule out anything that would be heart or lung related.  That is through some testing.  But then if it does turn out to be stress again, what can you do? Are you anxious?  Going through a tough time?  I have similar symptoms and was told it is anxiety and stress over a family situation.  It's hard.  I'm trying to get some exercise, sleep enough hours, eat well and take calming breaths, do meditation.

You should see your doctor again for further workup and management.
