Would like help interpreting MRI of Brain

Report reads Curvilinear CSF signal lesions in the left cingulate gyrus extending to left corpus callosum.  Findings most likely represent prominent perivascular spaces. I just turned 50

Hi and welcome,

Unfortunately i don't really know what these findings could mean diagnostically but I can pass on some basic information, 'curvilinear lesions' are lesions shaped more like worms, 'cingulate gyrus' is located imediately above the corpus callosum, issues with the corpus callosum is associated with many different types of conditions [https://radiopaedia.org/articles/lesions-of-the-corpus-callosum-differential]
