29M, normal sperm count but 100% abnormal. Are there regular vitamins I can try?

I had SA my count is great but 100% were abnormal. I have lost 50lbs since taking the test and still not pregnant. I have been reading about taking Vitamin C and CoQ10 to help with morphology. Has anyone done this? Have any other suggestions for vitamins?

You should start by asking your urologist what "100% abnormal" means -- what might have caused it, and whether this could be just a temporary problem possibly soon to be fixed by the weight loss. (When guys get a varicocele, for example, which is like a varicose vein in the scrotum, the area is too warm and sperm doesn't make it through, but when the varicocele is repaired, things go back to normal.) Maybe also check with an endocrinologist.

Also, your urologist should have tested you more than once, because some results of "abnormal" are due to temporary issues. Ask for another test.
