Is it possible to be pregnant even though you got your period?

Hello there.
I have an issue, my partner and I separated september last year, I had intercourse with someone else once October 3rd and never again. I remember getting my period in October not sure what day but it ended October 23rd.
My partner and I got back together sometime in October before I got my period, and obviously had intercourse end of October and from there on.
I found out I was 4-5 weeks pregnant mid December.
Once I did my dating ultrasound and I used the conception calculator to figure out my possible conception dates it always shows end of October- beginning of November...
I have done the conception calculation with dating ultrasound, due date, as well as an estimate of last menstrual period date, they all give me the same dates of conception which I mentioned above.
Now my question is would it had been possible that I may be pregnant from the intercourse from October 3?
I know I had my period, and based on conception calculations it doesn’t gives any dates close to October 3rd, but it just keeps going around in my head if its even possible I could be pregnant from that date, even though I got my period.
I don’t think I am, also because I feel like if I did I would be further in my pregnancy, because I had sex with that man October 3rd and the calculations tell me I may have gotten pregnant end of october or beginning of november...
i am currently 22 weeks pregnant and I am hoping I am right anout my partner being tbe father.

All the medical information points to a clear answer that the sex on October 3 had nothing to do with your pregnancy. What in particular makes you worry?

Like, did someone indicate an earlier due date or give you any information that contradicted all the data you have?
No not at all. I think it’s mostly in my head because I spent almost two years of unprotected sex with my partner and never got pregnant, and we were already thinking maybe one of us can’t have kids or even planning to go see the doctor, then I had sex with this guy once also unprotected, and a month later I get pregnant. So in my head I keep replaying if there is even a possibility its from that date which seems impossible, since I did get my period and as I mentioned all the calculations and due date, ultrasounds, it all tells me the dates of intercourse that could have led to the pregnancy, and as I said none of them are close to October 3rd. They are all around the time after my period ended.
I think it’s my head overthinking and overthinking... I’m just worried and dont want my relationship to be ruined again, and although I had sex with this other person when my partner and I weren’t together I still wouldn’t want for the child not to be my partner’s.

Thank you for your reply...
You might look up what the psychologists call "ruminating." It's obsessively worrying about something that's not true, to the point where it increases so much in your mind that it begins to seem real. But just thinking about something a lot doesn't make it true.

If you can't step out of this pattern, it might help to talk to a counselor or therapist, because ruminating does build on itself, like many obsessive patterns. Maybe look at other things that are bothering you -- one of those is probably fueling the underlying anxiety that makes you ruminate unrealistically about a false possibility regarding your pregnancy. Running your anxieties by a professional can really ease your mind. Pregnancy is not a good time to let things like this slide, your hormones are already heightening everything as it is. Ask your doctor if there is a counselor or social worker associated with their practice that you can talk to for a session or two about anxiety, and he or she will probably be able to give you a referral.

Good luck!
