Weird popping sounds from brain

So I am a 29 YO male. Been having this since December last year. It happens when I move my head side to side. I head this on top of my head and down to the vertebrae. Also sometimes I hear some electric sounds (as if someone is pouring a soda behind my head. But there is no pain.

Apart from being extremely annoying it doesn't come with any other symptoms like headache etc. A doctor took an Xray of my vertebrae and said it was fine. Then I decided to show the Xray to another doctor for a second opinion he said it looks fine aswell.

They referred me to a PT and he said my shoulders became rounded and that was causing most of it and gave me some exercises. 1 Month past and the annoying sounds are still there. Sometimes it feels like my brain is getting ripped apart but I dont feel any pain.

This is especially bothersome when I am driving or just wanna look behind

Could this be emotional stress? Or lack of activity? I havent been doing much since early 2020.

I found this - http://www.rehaborthopedicmedicine.com/noisy-joints.php

It says the popping, grinding and creaking is Nitrogen bubbles in the synovial fluid that get trapped then released during particular movements, and it's called crepitous.

You can look for more info on it, but the basic consensus is that if you don't have pain, it's normal. See an orthopedist if you want a a definite diagnosis. I probably would.
