Can I get an HIV by performing cunnilingus ?

i performed a cunnilingus on a CSW and I can taste her fluid on my tongue, 3 weeks later i developed a 38 C fever lasted for 2-3 days, what are my chance of getting HIV ? and is my symptoms related to ARS ?

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  ( her body parts, vaginal fluids, maybe blood etc.). You will be happy to learn that you had no risk, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you say "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
No one got hiv from what you did during 40 years of hiv history and no one will get it in the next 40 years of your life either. You can do what you did any time and be safe from hiv.
You disregarded risk for Covid so if you are similarly unsafe at other times, that might explain your 38 temp reading - although 38 is right around the fever cutoff and you may have measurement error with your thermometer so may not have had a fever.
Can't be ARS since you can't get hiv.

I did the covid test and it is negative, but can air kill the virus immediately ? bcs I don’t think it is, as long as the vaginal fluid is not dry up, the virus might still live, am I true ?

I have no idea what you are talking about alboyan28.  You can not get HIV from giving oral sex.  No one has gotten it this way in all the years of HIV that is proven and documented.  Your mouth has enzymes in it that deactivate the virus and air exposure does as well.  That is the point.  If you don't feel well, what anxiousnomore may be suggesting is that there are OTHER things such as covid or common viral colds that can cause you to feel unwell.  But you had ZERO risk for hiv from your exposure.

You are wasting your time making it complicated by analyzing the 1,000 different things you might have done, but all you have to do is avoid the 3 - very straightforward way to stop worrying.

You are welcome to believe whatever you wish to believe.  The fact is that HIV experts consider oral sex to be a statistically insignificant risk.  If you wish to believe otherwise, that is 100% your choice, but we're not going to debate you regarding the routes of HIV transmission, which are well-known.
