Anxiety is crushing me

Hello! I am so worried about an exposure to HIV. I recently got the JJ vaccine and then in a stupid move received oral sex from a woman that was finished by hand. I don’t know why I am thinking this but is there anyway this increased my risk for HIV? I know I’m freaking out. I have a time set up to go to a clinic to talk with a doctor. But in the meantime, I’m posting my concern here. Hoping for some peace of mind as I struggle with my poor judgment. Thank you for the help.

This is not an anxiety forum for people who do not accept the science advice given, and it is not a forum for people to make multiple threads - for no purpose - about the same episode.
Seek therapy or talk to your doctor, since your anxiety is a bit of a mental health issue at this point.

Yes, I am planning on talking with a doctor. I want to accept the science. I read on a science magazine that an adenovirus was potentially leading to an easier way of being infected with HIV. The JJ vaccine is from an adenovirus. I know...my anxiety! So that’s why I brought that up here, looking for peace of mind. I won’t post about this episode again. I reread the answer I got and am very thankful for it. I will be doing my best to forget the incident and move on with my life. I really do appreciate the help.
There are 3 ways to get hiv and you didn't get hiv. It is abnormal to have a fixation on such a fragile virus that has very limited means of infecting when you are living in an environment where something highly transmissible like Covid can easily get anyone who lets their guard down.
The first step to peace is to stop googling hiv cold turkey, since you are not a scientist and are likely to misinterpret or contextualize what you read, which then becomes an unintentional self-perpetuating method of continuing to scare yourself.
sb misinterpret or mis-contextualize
Thank you! You’re right! I didn’t involve myself in any of the ways HIV is transmitted. I’m trying to tell myself that. Appreciate the stern words. I needed to hear them.

I also don’t know the dental hygiene of the woman. And that is concerning me too. It’s probably not a big deal. But thought I’d add that as well. Again, sorry for me freaking out. Thank you for your patience and kind answers.
