Overdose of Vitamin D3 60000 IU a day

I goofed up by not reading the fine print in detail. I started taking D3 60000 IU a day instead of once a week. This happened for 13 days, before I paid attention to the details.

I was at 11.1 ng/ml and now its the 13 day , I am going in for another series of test to check if toxicity exists.

Please advise on the way forward. I am overly stressed now .

Well that's one way to correct a vitamin D deficiency lol. Optimal vitamin D levels are 40 - 60 ng/ml. Vitamin D intoxication occurs when blood levels rise above 150 ng/ml. You should be okay. :)

Thank you Red_star, I tested a day after I stopped my dosages, so the value is almost close to the actual  - is that correct to assume? Please could you advise. Thank you

Now my Vitamin D is at 56 ng/ml .
