Std from hand job/massage?

I’ve been reading on medhelp that mutual masturbation is safe sex. Is it possible to get an std from a handjob? Recently received a happy ending hand job from a massage therapist and a few days later I have this weird feeling like I need to pee even after peeing. Had some slight cramps in my balls for a day or so then went away. However, I still feel that need to pee. No discharge no pain while peeing. Just wondering what you guys think about it. Any advise would be much appreciated.

There is no risk from hand jobs for an STD.

Are you dehydrated, even slightly? That could cause some of your symptoms. A urinary tract infection could as well. You should see your doctor.

If this is an STD, it's not from this encounter.

Thank you for the comment. I have had no other sexual encounters other than 2 Hand jobs in the last 2 months. I do have a history of prostatitis so maybe it is the dehydration issue. Would any std cause the symptoms I am having?
No, those aren't common symptoms of an STD, but they are of prostatitis and urinary tract infections. If it lingers more than another day or two, follow up with your doctor.
Just wanted to give you an update. Went to the  Dr. he also agreed that my sexual encounters didnt warrant worry for any stds. He did however find a hernia in my groin:/ they did a urine analysis and there was no sign of infection. I don’t think they did specific tests for stds but would a regular urine analysis pick up any sign of infection? If it did then would my dr order specific tests at that point?
Oh a hernia - that's no fun at all. :(

Usually, a regular urine test will find white blood cells if there is an infection, but it's not 100% for STDs, but you had no risk from the handjob.

If you can't let it go, just ask for STD testing, or go to a clinic and get it done, but know that it's strictly to ease your mind.
I went ahead and requested the std tests just to ease my mind. I think I just have a lot of anxiety over the couple encounters however, from this forum it seems like I was not at risk for stds. The hernia is a bummer:/ appreciate the help. I wonder if anxiety is at play with my frequent urination symptom. Thank you for the responses.
Anxiety can do all kinds of things. I can't recall if you are in therapy, but it would certainly help if you aren't. :)
