My manifestation of sleep disorders

Hello,

Lately i have encountered many disorders when going to bed, which is a bit concerning at the moment.
These disorders started around 6 months ago, with some rare occasions before that(not being able to move), my first one being increased heart rate thats very noticeable.
Right now, my usual episode goes like this : I feel a sudden shift in my perception, and my heart rate goes at an incredibly fast pace. Afterwards i can't move(sometimes i can but when i try to move, i get more anxious), and hell starts. Scary images pop out in my vision(hard to describle, mostly things out of a horror game) and sometimes whispering, that go on for about 30seconds - 1 minute. That whole time my anxiety levels were unmeasurable.
I have to mention that, when i feel the shift in perception, i already know that these fearful secondsa re gonna happen, but i still get scared.

The thinf that pushed me to make this post is that, right about 20 minutes ago i encountered my first exploding head syndrome. Sounds that sounded like emergency alarms, high pitched beeping and screams were going on repeat in my head. It was the worst thing i ever experienced regarding this topic(This whole thing was COMBINED with increased heartrate, inability to move and scary images).
Also this is my first time asking a question on a healthcare site so im sorry if i didnt formulate everything correctly.

If someone thinks these disorders are too frequent for my age(16) then please let me know and i ll go to the doctor as soon as possible.

This is a sleep disorder caused by hypotension. If you are not a patient with hypotension, your sleep paralysis can only be caused by improper sleeping posture or neck flexion caused by too high pillow.
A person may have the exact same physiological response to a stimulus, yet experience an entirely different emotion.
Factors such as the individual's existing mental state, cues in the environment, and the reactions of other people can all play a role in the resulting emotional response.[1] For example, if you experience a racing heart and sweating palms during an important exam, you will probably identify the emotion as anxiety. If you experience the same physical responses on a date, you might interpret those responses as love, affection, or arousal. If you experience the same physical responses you are walking in the woods, and you see a grizzly bear. You will interpret your physical reactions and conclude that you are frightened .Another example, if someone sneaks up on you and shouts,  your heart rate increases. Your heart rate increase (palpitations)is what causes you to feel fear(or nightmare).

In the same way, the cause of sleep paralysis is very simple.Sleep paralysis is caused by a terrible the reduced blood supply to the brain(hypotension)when you sleep because your neck bends for a long time, common symptoms include terrible dizziness, palpitations(Faster or slower heartbeat), sweating, visual disturbances (including blurring, color changes, white-out, graying-out, enhanced brightness, darkening or blackening and tunnel vision) that can't see, hearing disturbances (including  crackles and tinnitus) that can't hear, weakness, fatigue, nausea and headache. Less common symptoms include syncope, dyspnea, chest pain, and neck and shoulder pain. When symptoms occur they can vary greatly in expression from one individual to another.[2]
Hypotension, anemia, improper sleeping position or poor blood flow in the neck caused by too high pillow are several common causes of the reduced blood supply to the brain during sleep at night. In particular, anyone with too high pillow during sleep is bound to experience recurring sleep paralysis all night. This  terrible reduced blood supply to the brain is more likely to occur during waking up during the day than during sleep at night. For example, almost everyone suddenly stands up when their blood pressure is low in summer, and has experienced the terrible  symptoms of the reduced blood supply to the brain caused by orthostatic hypotension.
Accordingly, the terrible dizziness during the reduced blood supply to the brain will lead to the illusion of seeing a terrible demon, the palpitation(Faster heartbeat) will lead to the illusion of being attacked by a terrible demon, and tinnitus will lead to the illusion of hearing a certain sound. Because people's instinctive reaction is that your dare not move your body when your can't see the surrounding environment clearly after waking up, therefore, the visual obstacle that your eyes can't see will lead to the illusion of being unable to move your body or can't open your eyes.
The leading cause of  a terrible the reduced blood supply to the brain when you are awake during the day was that you stand up too fast. The leading cause of  a terrible the reduced blood supply to the brain(sleep paralysis) when you sleep at night was that the blood flow is blocked due to the flexion of the neck. Of course, people with hypotension and anemia are more likely to have such a terrible the  symptoms of the reduced blood supply to the brain (a terrible the  sleep paralysis )than normal people.
In addition to the fact that the pillow is too high, which will lead to neck flexion and poor blood flow, sleep on your back is more likely to lead to neck flexion and poor blood flow than sleep on your side. Therefore, sleep on your back is more likely to lead to sleep paralysis than sleep on your side.

Hypnagogic hallucinations/sleep paralysis, common in narcolepsy and other sleep disorders—I suspect. Try to have a sleep study done. :)

When I was your age currently (29) I'd fall asleep to music and experience some pretty intense dreams and upon waking up a noise like a woman screaming bloody murder would wake me up or a loud bang. These symptoms are signs of high stress levels and a anxiety disorder, as a child I would see creepy images upon waking up or hear clear as day someone talking in the hallway and whether it was my dad or my mother someone else I wasn't entirely certain being that my mom and my infant brother were sound asleep next to me and my dad was not home, but the voice sounded like my dad's and he was pounded on a door in the hallway, swearing at my infant brother. My mother and brother obviously couldn't here what I was hearing because they were sound asleep. I suffered from past symptoms as a infant into my early teen years because I was raised for the first two years of my life around my grandparents who fought all the time, screaming and hollering which lead to all the terror I'd experience upon waking up, sound would be overwhelming, I'd hear and see things and I'd be just overwhelmed and crying and slept walk a lot. This eventually went away and recently in the past five years I've been experiencing it again, but not like how I remembered it. Now it's a feeling of impending doom, struggling to grip reality, anxiety or panic attacks. I suggest since you are so young to do a sleep study where you'll be observed by a team of doctors who specialize in the brain and they can see what is causing your intense symptoms.

I also want to add that i only get the disorders when im not listening to something. 90% of the time i go to sleep with my headphones plugged in, or with some music in the background, so i only encouter these when im going to sleep in complete silence. though when im not having my headphones, i can say that disorders  happen 50% of the time.
