41 and 58 IGG bands reactive

Due to have unexplained random pains in one of my legs when I lay down, my primary dr tested me for several things including Lyme. Came back negative for Lyme (I did have Lyme several years ago and it was treated with doxy etc) and only things that came up reactive was the 41 and 55 IGG bands plus my B12 is too low. Not sure what this all means?

So, you are negative for lymes disease.  I understand this from your post.  Low B12 can cause a lot of issues.  Are you following up with your doctor to discuss this? That's easy enough to supplement.  https://www.webmd.com/diet/vitamin-b12-deficiency-symptoms-causes#1  This may help you. Eating eggs, fish and poultry may help you but supplementation may be important too. I am considering a nutritionist evaluation myself to nail down how I should be eating.  This article talks about harm low B12 can do. https://www.health.harvard.edu/blog/vitamin-b12-deficiency-can-be-sneaky-harmful-201301105780  This really could be impacting what is going on with you!  I would talk to your doctor about the negative testing but the reactive bands.  Please let me know their response!
