Hepatitis C is a blood borne virus. Hepatitis C infected blood must enter the blood stream of an uninfected person.
Hepatitis C is not spread via oral sex. Also if the person does not have hepatitis C they cannot transmit a virus they do not have. Is it possible you could ask your partner their hepatitis C status?
