Skin contact no sex

Skin contact only no sex is this outbreak?

3 nights ago I made out with guy I knew and  he rubbed his penis across one side of my labia. We we’re both very drunk and I had just shaved that night. We didn’t have sex but the next morning I woke up burning on one side of my labia the outer part not inner.it’s been burning the past couples days.I know I did shave really rough and hard so I’m not sure if this is razor burn.I have no other symptoms. No sores or burning when I pee. it’s just feels very irritated on one side my labia I been checking everyday for sores and there’s nothing it just burns.I have been feeling some tingles in my legs and feet and slight cramping  but I’m not sure if that just my anxiety. How long does burning last for a herpes outbreak to start I don’t have any flu symptoms or sores.

How are you feeling now?

No STD would give you symptoms that fast, so I'd guess it was irritation from the shaving.
