Sex with condom but no condom on penis after I pulled out.

Hi, greeting to everyone. I am from India, I had sex with a thai CSW here in India and used condom for the whole time from oral to the main event but after I finished and pulled out I found to my dismay that my penis is without condom, I tried not panicking and cleaned myself and left.

Few things to note :-
1. I am hiv -ve before this act

2. Condom was on properly when I entered.

3. While having sex she squeezed her legs and pelvis which might have got the condom off.

4. After I pulled out I saw the condom hanging out of her ***** and not on my Penis but couldn't do the water test to be sure that wether it ripped during the act or not.

5. My uncircumcised penis head was covered with my own semen on the sides after pulling out.

So my concern is that what is my risk for hiv for the above described situation.
I think it got off while pulling out but how to be sure as it was the first time it happened.
It maybe could've been off while having sex and I didn't notice or maybe it got ripped and I didn't notice, so maybe I was unprotected while inside her.
Since then I am quite worried and thinking wether I should continue unprotected sex with my gf or not. Its been 4 days so PEP isn't an option. Please give an honest reply keeping in mind all the above shared factors.
Should I be worried ?

Unless you can get the csw to provide a test, then there is nothing that anyone here can guess. She is probably negative, otherwise why would she spend money on condoms, because she only cares about protecting herself. If the condom fell off then you were probably soft then so not a risk.

Hi, thanks for your kind reply.

Please tell me three more things, I will be grateful.

1. Does the fact that my penis was covered in my own semen when it was out substantiate that it was in the condom when I came, had I been unprotected inside then the semen would be inside the girl with little/no traces on my penis ?

2. Also I didn't inspect the condom, had it been broken then traces would have been there right ?
Or tear and slippage both can occur at the same time ?

3. Do you warrant testing for this scenario alone or do you warrant testing for the peace of mind solely ? Can I forget and move on and have unprotected sex with my gf.

Thank you.

I'm not going to try to guess what happened.  I wasn't there.  When condoms break and expose the head of your penis, it is obvious.

The choice of whether to test or not is yours alone, but yes, I believe testing would only be to calm your anxiety.

It certainly sounds like the condom came off when you withdrew your penis.  As long as the head of your penis was covered during intercourse, you didn't have a risk for HIV.  This really sounds like what happened, because if it came off while you were still having intercourse, the condom would be balled up deep inside her, not hanging out of her vagina.

If you are concerned and need peace of mind, just test using a 4th generation test any time 28 days or more after the event.
