Do I have a perforated bowel

I think I may have perforated a bowel. My boyfriend and I were having sex and he put my dildo in my butt and it felt like he hit something. I’ve been in a lot of pain since it happened last night. I’m worried that he may have perforated my rectum with it.

Hello~I would certainly see your doctor to make sure all is OK, you don't want to get any type of infection.

If you think this, you should seek medical care. I know it's not easy, but trust me - medical professionals have seen it all.

Symptoms of a perforated bowel:

Abdominal pain (often severe and diffuse)
Severe abdominal cramping
Bloating
Nausea and vomiting
A change in your bowel movements or habits
Rectal bleeding
Fever (usually not immediately)
Chills
Fatigue

You could also have an anal fissure, which is a tear in your rectum -

Since you're having a lot of pain, it warrants a visit to a doctor. A perforated bowel is a medical emergency. Let us know what happens, and how you're doing. :)
