is Child diabetes treatment will affect mental health?

my child taking treatment for diabetes treatment now days he was acting very differently. is that Child diabetes treatment will affect mental health?

That's an interesting question.  Type 1 diabetes needs to be monitored.  Is your child routinely stable with insulin? Instability in the diabetes can create a situation of behavior issues.  Diabetes has a pretty high rate of depression in kids, 15 to 20% according to the Childhood Diabetes Association. https://www.childrensdiabetesfoundation.org/type-1-diabetes-and-mental-health/  Your child was diagnosed with a lifetime disorder and it's a lot to deal with. Anxiety is also high in these kids.  A symptom of anxiety and depression can be anger, agitation, acting out.  So, give us more information and we'll try to answer further.
