Neck, shoulder, upper back and chest pain/MRI Help?

I've been having neck, shoulder, upper back, and chest pain on my right side. I just had a MRI done yesterday and I got the results back in my medical app. I was hoping someone could explain it to me as I am little nervous what it means from reading it. The doctor hasn't call me yet and I have a feeling it will be tomorrow before he does and I want to understand it now if possible.

C5-6: Central disc protrusion. Flattening of thecal sac no contact of cord. Uncovertebral joint hypertrophy. No significant stenosis.

Thanks

I'm no doctor, this is just my opinion. It doesn't sound serious, which is great!!
