Eye squinting on opposite side of headache

Just wondering if anyone has ever heard of or experienced this? I have had migraines for a long time always on left side, but my right eye would always squint. It would appear my head hurt on the right side but NO. Now I have experienced Occipital Neuralgia and my neck and shoulders were very painful, but only up the back of the left side of my head. Of course my right eye was squinted or ptosis again. I have been to neurologists and Opthamologists and nobody has an answer. Also can ON cause thumping sound in head? I have had that going on for months.

Sorry this is happening.  First, is this what you are describing? https://www.webmd.com/migraines-headaches/ophthalmoplegic-migraine  Weak or paralyzed muscles in or around one or both eyes
Pain around the eyeballs
Eyes that drift or move out of alignment
Double vision
Pupils that are different sizes
Sensitivity to light
headaches that might:
May or may not throb and feel like a migraine
Usually happens on the same side of the head or face
Comes several days or even weeks before eye muscles get weak

Upper eyelids that droop or fall
Nausea or vomiting

I'm just trying to clarify what is going on. And the pain of the headache is on one side but the issues with your eye is on the other side?

Yes. Whatever kind of headache I get is pretty much always on left side, but my right eye squints. People always think my migraines are on the right side but I tell them no it is on the left. It’s like something doesn’t compute right and the wrong eye squints from pain. No one has ever been able to explain this to me.
