Std from protected oral?

Hi, last sunday 19, i was with a trans escort, she only perfomed oral on me, she did some deepthroat too and was all protected, it may be around 10-15min that i was with her
In the same day at night and next day i noticed some redness in the penis gland that still shows today
I feel some disconfort like there is some liquid inside, sometimes when i try to check there is nothing sometimes there seems to be a little drop clear when i pull the skin covering the head normaly not sure if its urine or other normal fluid, it started yesterday and continues to feel it
Im getting a lot of anxiety because of this, going more times to the bathroom, also im noticing a change of my bowel moviments, more difficult to evacuate, anal itching and some mucus and stools but i think this can be attributed to the anxiety since she only did oral in me no?

What do you think? Could it be some necessity to test? It was protected and the condom seemed intact but maybe i touched my gland with the hands after removing the condom and had them contaminated with some saliva?

Thanks for your help

It is normal to have a little bit of clear liquid in the morning, and you've probably had that before and never paid attention to it. Now that you're anxious, you're noticing everything.

If you have to squeeze or milk your penis to get the fluid, it's not a discharge.

If you're so concerned, just go get tested and put your mind at ease.

Thanks for your answer, yes i cant let it think my anxiety its taking the best of me, if i try to not think about it,thinks to be better even at working out after if i check doesnt seem to be anything but of i start to overthink again minutes later already the tip is already a little wet or if i push the skin gentle a drop of the clear liquid came out, ansiety can make you leak this way too right?

Going to try not to focus and let pass some days and see if it improves
Anxiety can make you do a lot of things.

Really, just test and put your mind at ease.

This can be classified as a discharge right?

Thanks for your quick answer, not yet got it checked, the redness seems to be slighty better and it dont hurts, was thinking could it be a fungal infection or trauma as you sad from the oral or some type of allergy response?

About gonorreha and chlamydea, do you think there is a risk for it?

Nope, if there was, I'd have mentioned it. You wore a condom, so that prevents chlamydia, gonorrhea and NGU.

Definitely could be allergic, trauma, perhaps fungal. A doctor would help you sort it out. You don't have to mention who gave you the oral sex, if that's your concern - oral is oral.
Ok gonna check it out, thanks for your help, it really helped, the anxiety was playing a lot too
Yeah, anxiety is a bear. Consider talking to your doctor about it, and getting it treated, either with meds and/or therapy. Your mental health is as important as your physical health.
Hi again, so the symptoms were really improved not thinking much about it, was applying a clotrimazole cream for a week, the redness is gone.

But when i woke up this morning i notice when i pushed the penis skin back and almost no squeeze a white drop came out, liquid consistency, didnt apeear to be that sticky either, and noticed some white stains on my boxers, i was feeling a little aroused yesterday sometime before going to bed and since i experiences a neck pain had taken a muscular relaxant pill to releave the pain, can it be relacionared? Today im feeling some disconfort and when i checked the tip was clearly wet, clear liquid could it be urine from the muscle be more relaxed? No more stains in the boxers in the course of the day and the only thing i got was the prescribed clotrimazole cream, didnt get any std or other test done, do you think this can be all related or there is now a need to test?

Condom-protected oral sex is very low risk. The only risk is for herpes type 1 genitally and syphilis, and neither would give you the symptoms you describe.

Have you seen a doctor? Perhaps there is some trauma or injury, because no STI would give you symptoms that quickly.
