Does anyone know what this is?

Yesterday noticed this weird mark on my skin. It is on the left side of my stomach, on my side. I recently had a stage 2 cancer mass removed from my right kidney 15 days ago. Not sure if that had something to do with it? The mark is about half the size of a pinky nail.

Wow, sorry about the cancer diagnosis of your kidney. How and why did they find that? And will you be beginning chemo now that you had surgery? I would say this. That is probably nothing and could even be a scrape of sorts. BUT, hard to tell from a picture. I would most certainly get it looked at right away.

Thank you for response. The kidney mass was an incidental finding when I had a chest and abdomen ct scan for chest pain. My kidney function according to blood work and urinalysis was normal before the discovery. Since it was stage 2 no further treatment is needed at this time just periodic scans because docs are sure it didn’t spread outside the kidney. I’m going to keep an eye on the mark on my stomach over the weekend and call doc on Monday. Thanks again for response.
Also worth noting perhaps is that my aunt on my fathers side had a cancer mass removed from her right kidney a few years ago, so I don't think it was exactly random. Being scheduled to see a geneticist for testing to see if I'm prone to certain things like that soon.
