Concerns about post-circumcision recovery

Good evening.

I, 21, just recently had to undergo a circumcision due to not solvable issues with the foreskin area around the tip.

I followed the doctor's orders to not pull the left skin back for the first day, then start cleaning with water, and on the third day to use some neutral antiseptic liquid. i am currently on my 4th-5th day post-surgery.

I have noticed that some stitches behind the tip, near the little skin that connects up to the tip seem to have "broken" or something, and part of the skin is open, there isn't much bleeding if at all, but the doctor said it's supposed to be at least weeks? is this just a normal part of the healing process? Also some areas seems to keep (minor) bleeding here and there near where the stitching is near the base and it feels really sensitive when i walk, but i guess that is normal.

I can't call the doctor that operated me until monday, should i wait and call in on monday? should i seek more instant emergency help? should i just not worry and see how it heals up further down the week?

I am sorry if this is a lengthy or bothersome post but i ahve been having mental breakdowns as well due to having had to undergo the procedure in the first place already and i can't calm down for five minutes nor even sleep more than some hours. I'm so stressed all the time and on edge.

If there is a way to see a medical person before Monday, I would encourage you to do so, not because if a stitch has given up it is really an emergency, but because you are so stressed. Here, we have walk-in "urgent care" places where you will at least get seen by a doctor. It won't be one who knows anything about your case, but it would beat stressing out all weekend.

So a stitch coming undone is not a one-day emergency?
If so i can wait until monday to call the practician, I'm just worried about "ignoring" any little thing and having it come out worse than i expected.
I also am worried about bothering said doctor about it more than i have.
Most doctors have someone who takes their calls on weekends, so you could at least telephone and describe your problem and get medical input about whether you should be seen. (I will add, there is probably more substance to the stitching than you can see at the surface. ) I suggested seeing a doctor before Monday because of how you distressed you sound. That's a medical issue also.
